Delay in repairing

My K770i is in warranty period, which i purchased on 15 th august I have given my phone to sony ericsson service center in goregaon on 16/5 as it was not working, today is 24/07 and i have still not received my phone, every time i go there these guys come up with new excuses, my motherboard has been replaced, when i took my phone i found there are scrathches on my camera, second time power and volume keys are missing, third time there was again a software issue. Please help me to get my phone back soon.
