K7 total security anti virus package
Not able to install for getting updates

I bought K7 Total Security from Chenoy Trade Center. It is a 3 user. I paid 300/- I was told that it is for a span of 1 year. Now I am not able to install for updates. KB71V-33F2-EA45-19DD-A2E9 this is my user id number. Please see that this is done quickly.
