New Freshia

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am from Kolkata and had bought a K810i 6 months back and the have given for repairs at your customer care located in Rippon Street in the name of R.T.Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.

My mobile IMEI No is 353153021551114 and its been deposited for repairs due to keypad not functioning for Liquid Damage dated 10/6/09.

The freshia has got damaged and i am wanting a new freshia with kypad at the earliest.

The customer care in rippon Street are in no position to provide me a new freshia and cannot give me a specific date by which they shall provide me new one.

I request you to please arrange for a new freshia of K810i at the earliest and sent it to my residential address or the customer service center R.T.Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. located at Kolkata Rippon Street.

Also please inform me what shall be the cost of the new freshia with keypad.
