The letter to the customer care
My Name is Aashish Puniany and i do website development business. I had booked a Tata Broadband connection and my Id is "idolfnc@vsnl.net.
On 31-07-08 connection was installed successfully. But i want to share to the other system also; i had call to your customer care. They said for this i have to buy a static IP. On 4th of august i applied for static IP. After at least 20 calls to customer care one executive came on 10th of August and installed or configure the static IP. He says that he had done netting. Now i can browse the Internet in other system also, but face many problems. I asked him that why this login page comes. He said that it will be removed by the Tata's Back end team as this Tata Broadband service is very new and he gone. On that day i was unable to Connect to my SQL Server Database. I call to Tata's Customer Care and raised or locked (as per yours Language) the complain. Till now this problem is there. And from that day i was unable to Use yours Internet Connection i raised many complains. But till 18th no engineer came.
I called the person who booked my Internet connection. His Name is Husain. He says he cant help me as he is the marketting person. Then i go to one of your Tata Broadband dealer as In my Office building he is also there. He gave the Number of Mr. Angshuman. I call Angshuman at 09250001615. He says i should call Mr. Anurag at 09212702479. I did and Mr Anurag Says that Engineer will come to your office. But 18th of august no buddy comes. I regularly call mr. anurag. He always said that "Sir Abhi Tak Engineer Nahi Pahooncha, Main apko 5 min mein Phone karta hoon" after then 5 min never came. Then one of My friend gave the number of Mr. Aashish - 09212609414. I called him and discussed the matter. He also says that he will solve my problem of Internet. But problem was there again. Then i call Mr. Sachin at 09212702479, discussed him the problem and request him either solve my problem or discontinue the services. He is also helpless for me. Side by side i also send email to customer service at < customerservice@tatacommunications.com>. but still not working. On 17 th I had Applied to other Internet service provider. and within 1 day they came and install all the services. Without taking there static ip, i can share my internet connection to other systems also. On 18th one of yours executive came and ask me that i had came to solve the SQL Server Problem. How can he solve the problem of SQL Server when the Connection is not working, and he gone.
Then i visited Tata's GK-1 Office on 20th of August. There i meet Mr. Vasu Roa - Head SMG. He says that he will help me. But now i got the internet connection in my office. Please refund my money and disconnect the services. The connection is in the name of Idol Communications, But the form i had fielled and the cheque of Rs 4551 which i had given is by the name of Idol Films N Communications. My Name is Ashish Puniany.
