Microwave keys non functional

I purchased a microwave oven from kabir Electronics mohali in Jan. Only six months have passed and all the keys of the microwave have become non functional. After enquiring from the person he said it usually happens due to moisture. I was stunned to hear such a reply that such a reputed company does not take care of such minor things and finaly the customer has to bera the grunt.
