I am S.B.Lal Shrivastav writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the paper work done from my company Kadimi Tools Mfg Co. Pvt. Ltd (gurgaon), where i worked for near about 5 Yrs 08 Months I deposited my provident fund clearance document to PF office on 20th feb'09. I was told that it takes about 30 days to get the money and will be credited by 22.03.2009 on the receipt No. 28218166 but till today it is more than 45 days and nothing has been credited to my account.

I received a slip having no. 28218166

My Member's A/C NO is - HR/4989/ /533 and account group is: GGN07/05

The phone no 0124-2578635 provided on the acknowledgment slip remains engaged all the times

Therefore I request you to look into the matter.
