K .A. Enterprises (Reliance Communication)
Not discloser of charges in post paid plan charges

I, Prakash Singh patel, had prepaid connection of reliance mobile (mob no. -09322163388). I had visited to Reliance Communication run by K.A. Enterprises, Shop No.7/A, Nirman CHS Ltd., Rani Sati Nagar, S.V. Road, Chincholi, Malad (West), Mumbai-400064 Dated-14/12. Existing Sales Person had told me about post paid plans but not disclosed about charges details of discussion are:

I was using Reliance prepaid plans "INDIA CARD" for STD use "Reliance to Reliance Mobile". Existing Sales Person told me, that "INDIA CARD" is costier than Reliance "Super 1 Rome (Plan399)" in this you will have to pay Rs 0.40 for 180 sec between Reliance To Reliance- STD as well as Local calls and also she had not disclosed other charges like One Time Charges, Monthly Charges and Taxes. I had taken this plan. But I get shocked when i get call from K.A. Enterprises on 10/1 at 10:00am that my mobile bill had reached above Rs 1800.00, telly caller had told me i had crossed my credit limit and warned me if you will not pay this bill on 10/1 he will close my outgoing calls and they had done this

So please take some action against them, because i will not able pay this bill.
