Faulty Hob lead to sever blast in the kitchen

Hob (Kitchen Stove) was purchased two months back. There was a complaint since beganinig. Four times the complaint was lodged. Poor response form the company. Toady only there was again a sever blast in the kitchen due to which the complete hob got damaged.
