Tata Indicom Dealer has cheated

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a with regards pls note on 13th April i have purchased one "Plug n Serve" data card from Tata Indicom dealer name "Kain Telecommunication" from kailash colony, GK-I.

Pls note at the time of purchasing the data card i was told by the Dealer that i have to pay only Rs.2769.00 and i can enjoy 2 months free netsurfing and downloading without paying any extra charge, and now on 29th May my data card connection has been disconnected.

I have been also told by the dealer that by mistaken my data card connection is been loaded on the Tata Indicom system as a general instead of 2 months scheme and i have been communicating with Mr. Lalit in Kain Telecommunication.

Now from last one week Mr. Lalit is not responding to my calls and i am in big trouble because of this dealer, it is absoultely ridiculous from the dealer's part and in this way they have harassed me by not providing me utmost easy relationship from Tata Indicom.

I want that u should take appropriate action on this dealer so that they can again give me connection to work on emails and should not harass other peoples.
