Irregular gas supply

We are two customers of IOC LPG. We comes under the dealership of Kairali Indane Services (Dealer Code : 986539) Poothotta, Ernakulam – Dist, Kerala. As per service schedule they are suppose to supply gas cylinder in Velloor area on all Wednesdays and Saturdays. Unfortunately they are delaying the gas supply in this area for 30-40 days. Sometimes it goes upto 60 days. Today is the 24th day after they come to this place. When we call their office they use unparliamentary words towards us over phone and disconnect. Sometimes they do not take the phone at all.

The telephone number given in their office seal (0484 2295588) is also wrong and the call goes to some house in Irimpanam. We could see other gas dealers of IOC & BP are giving proper service to their customers of this area. Hence we strongly doubt the Kairali people are doing some malpractice with the domestic gas cylinder.

Hence we request you to kindly allot our area to some other IOC dealer who are nearby. Poothotta being faraway from this place, we think the distance is also a barrier.

We hope you will consider this complaint seriously and take action against this dealer and help us to get proper service in future.
