Damage to Household Goods

This is to inform that I had contracted to pack and transport my household items from Kolkata to Ahmedabad, on my transfer from Singur to Sanand in Tata Motors Ltd. Despite the goow words and assurance by the proprietor, Mr. Vij, almost all my household ites were either broken or severly damaged. It includes the following:-

Cot- Part gone missing

Plastic Chairs and table - Broken

Wooden Almira - Broken

Mirror of dressing table- broken and cracked

Centre Table Glass - Broken and smashed

Cycle- Damaged

Refrigarator (Big) - Unserviceable jue to rough handling

Regfregerator - (Small) - Bocy cracked through packing

Scooter- heavily dented

Stabilizer- Unserviceable and damaged

Music system - Cracked

Carpet- Torn

curtains - Torn

Steel Box- 04 nos Sheet cracked and broken

The transporter had changed thrice the vehicle en route and the items were thrown voilently during transportation to cause this kind of damage.

he has been reluctant to reair the damage and expreamly unprofessiona in his behaviour. Till dage he has not ensured complete repair and replacement of the items.

I request all consumers to be careful and not contract, Kaizer packer (pvt) Ltd, Delhi to transport their household items.
