I had purchased ready-made dresses at Kalamandir, Mallesharam, Bangalore. I was issued a lucky draw coupon bearing number 000511. The goods were purchased during the month of October. As per the terms and conditions printed on the draw coupon, the draw should have been conducted long back. In spite of my frequent oral inquiries, I was told the draw would be conducted at the earliest, but no draws have taken place till date. I just wanted to bring the matter to everyone's notice.
