I have purchased goods worth Rs 6590/- from KALAMANDIR, Malleshwaram, Bnagalore on 09.03.2009 under a scheme. As per scheme, I was eligible to buy goods worth Rs 6590/- free on 24th August'09 & 25th August'09.

When I went to shop on 25th August'09 at 9 PM, it was informed to me that on that day, shop was closed by them at 8.30 only whereas they themselves admitted that normal closing time is 9.30 PM. When I asked them as to why they have not intimated the same to customers in advance about the same, they didn't reply. Because of this act of cheating, I have been deprived from geeting goods worth Rs 6590/- so far. Persons Incharge of the shop failed to show any respect to my feelings or emotions.
