Respected Sirs, I would like to bring to your kind attention that Mr Kalavar, who is a resident of flat No.602 in our Galactica Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. has bought flat No.204 in the same society and converted it in to this office and running the office under the pretext of residential unit. Sometime back when the elected committee members raised objections. He went ahead and with his crooked way and changed the interior of his office to look like residential place. He is still flaunting all the society laws and openly challenging anyone who comes his way.By doing so, he is not only ignoring the society laws and basic human rights of a citizen to live in a peaceful society with dignity. But, at the same time he is putting the life of all the flat owners, which total around 150 plus at grave and undue risk. In a given day, he gets number of visitors coming and parcels to his office and the society log book is a living proof for it. It is a potent risk for all the flat owners given the fact that so many strangers get undue access to the flats. As, he present in the society 24 X 7 because of his residence and office in the same premises, he his menacing the life of and peace of other members by illegally occupying his personal collection of plants and trees in lobby and garden area of the building, which directly deprive the society kids and elderly people to play and relax. In view of the above, I would highly appreciate if you could kindly look in to the matter and take urgent action to curb this illegal activity in our society to help the residents to live in peace and tranquility.
