Excess charges

Hi, I think one cannot charge more than what is written on box (MRP) but what if the MRP written is very high. Recently i brought Kaleva 3 in 1 pack for 177. I feel cheated when I open the packet. There are two 48 rs box and one 33 rs bhujiya pack which comes to a total of 129 rs then what for they are charging 177.

Similarly i brought mentos pack of 10 rs and found that there are only 18 piece in it whereas you can buy 20 (.50 each).

I dont know how they have manged to trick us even after it is prohibited.
