Gas booking and dilevary

Am a customer of indane with customer no 386 and have been registed with Kalika indane Ratangarh Dist Neemuch mp. I booked my gas cylinder on 22 june. till 4th July no delivery has been made by the agency. I visited their office on 4th July they denied that I have booked any cylinder on 22 june. 2011. The Counter Booking man at the counter rudely told me that you have not booked any gas, now you will get it after 4, 5 days. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.
