Not Give proper answer through phone

Hi,

I am 1st Yr. B.Com Student i called today morning in Kalina University to kown about my Exam Time Table and about Hall Ticket. First of all for a long time called at around 12:00 noon but no was attending the call. Secondly if someone attend the phone they keep the receiver a side 4 long time. They are enjoying over there by listening songs and chatting which i have heard when they kept the Receiver a Side. Thirdly if anyone answer the call they reply we dont know call to this number they just give the number when i try on that number again they will tell we dont know call on this number this happen with me today a lots of the number they you can see it 26520531/26526521/26527082/26527081/26520309/26527086/26528201/26526091/25627086/26527087 this all numbers given in each calls. But in each number i called some call are just going on ringing no answer, some are busy, some says dont and disconnect the line.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME??
