Poor bus service

I traveled from Kottayam to Bangalore on Volvo bus of Kallada travels.

The bus is supposed to arrive Kurvilangad at 6:45 pm but it arrived at 7:30.

Local public said it is usual for Kallada travels. Once it had arrived at 8:15 pm instead.

I was happy to get into it but to my seat was the back seat and had a very little push back.

That too was ok, but by 1 pm the tyre has gone flat and the Air suspension had failed.

Then the journey was hell.

The bus was behaving woese than th usual local bus.

A small jerk would shake us up and down 10 times and it got worse several times.

There was not a single soul sleeping.

I was tossed up and down the whole night.

The conductor said he was helpless and all had to bear.

Every one said that kallada buses are old and all had similar experience earlier.

every time they have some or other problem. I wanted to register a case in consumer court for compensation.
