Cheated with false sms

I got the sms about recharge offer that "Exclusive offer to you, recharge with minimum Rs.75 in next 5 days, you get Normal talk time Rs.9 Extra talk time for 15 days T&C Apply", but actually I recharged it with Rs.75/-. I didn t get any talk time and they (tata customer care people) said that Normal talk time means in the recharge of Rs.75/- is a Night talk time. You can talk from 10PM to 8AM.

I argued with them, how can i understand normal talk in Rs.75/- in the sense of night talk time. They are answering to this question is "T&C Apply" means they said, you have to confirm with the customer care people before recharge. and one of them said show your message at our nearest tata office and raise the complaint, you will get talk your offer in 60 hrs of time.

I raised the complaint (PCR06163812 on 10th July, 10), but still i didn t receive any call or talk time from them, but they recently blocked my mobile no. to talk with customer care.

As of my recent recharge also faced same like this problem that I got the message if you recharge with Rs.100/- in next 5 days you can get 50 free sms, but after 6th day also they charged my sms after long conversation of 3 more customer care people then they activated free sms, and said on 8th day with some harsh voice, you check it now, its already added to your account.

Actually, i am using tata indicom since last 5 years; i didn t get any problem with them. I think they recently changed their business plan.
