High irregularitieis in gas distribution

I am a customer (Consumer No. 5003) of the said KAMALA INDANE SERVICES (Gas Agency) since their establishment. During the several years of my dealing with them, neither I could get a timely service from them nor a satisfactory reply to my repeated complaints. Now I am compelled to lodge a complaint through this forum as I could find the reason for the delay in delivery even after one month of the booking, that is, simply selling out in the black market for high price, mostly to illicit liquor manufacturing mafias. Could understand such mafias pay double and above the actual price. Last month on enquiry about the fate of my booking, one of the field staff of this agency assured my wife early supply if we pay Rs.100/- additional.
