Poor Servicing

Sir,

Today at 10am i went to Kamal Auto Industries for the service of my car Hyundai Accent, there employees didn't attended me for 10-15 minutes and when i asked 1 employee that please listen to my problem (whose name is Dev) he send me to another person (whose name is Neeraj). When i contact him he said me to wait for 5 minutes. But even after an hour he didn't come to me and when i ask him to listen my problem he said that "come tommorow". I just got shocked and ask him that please its urgent. But then he didn't talk to me and said foul words and said that if you want to get your car serviced come tommorow otherwise never.

I want to know how you hire such unresponsible and arrogant employee who don't even attend the person and talk to them properly. I want you to look into the matter personally.
