Request of sewage tank in our premises

I run business from I-111, kirti nagar Delhi at ground floor. There is two sewage tanks in my premises. These tanks used to over flow every time and this is great concern for me. One of my employee devlop boils due over flowing of dirty water. I also have become sick many times because of this water.

These tanks is used by the families living at Ist & IInd floor of above said premises. both these families have renovated their houses but didn't take any care to the sewage problem. I requested them several times to make proper arrangement for their sewage but no action is taken by them.

when I purchased this premise they promised me to remove these tanks, but till date no progress has been made.

I just want to shift these tanks out from my premises since there are already two tanks in the gallary those can be used for disposal of sewages.

If no action has been taken soon I have no option except to close down tanks builts in my premises.

So, I requset you take action soon.
