Non receipt of Delivery of Refill of Cylinde

Sir,

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 6268, the supply of refill of cylinder through Kandhari Gas, Avantika, Rohini, Delhi-85. I have booked for the refill of cylinder with dealer over the phone. But after lapse of 15 days, we did not receive cylinder. Thereafter, I contacted the Agency over telephone and I surprised to hear that we did not book gas earlier. Then, I personally visited the agency and booked for refill of cylinder again. This time also we did not receive cylinder. As such, after elapsed of 30 days I again contacted Agency personally and put forth my grievances, and they assured me that they will send a cylinder immediately within ½ hour. A person from agency came to my house with a cylinder for delivery without any slip. When I checked the weight of cylinder it was found 25 kgs whereas it should be 29.5 kg. I demanded for another cylinder but they replied that they have only one cylinder. Then I refused to accept the cylinder and again booked cylinder over telephone on 27.09.2008. But, till date I have not received cylinder. My last booking no. 11787 dated 27/9/08, booked over telephone.

I very desperate with the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the dealer. Further, it is requested to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible.
