Non Delivery of Cylinde

Dear sir

I had booked my gas cylinder vide gas booking ref no 7769498 dated 17/02 .Inspite of passage of 14 days the cylinder has not been delivered till date. The phone lines of Kandhari Gas Agency are always engage and if once in hundred times the phone gets connected they respond rudely and disconnect the phone .this has been happening for the last one year regular basis. I hardly book for my gas cylinder once in two months even then the delivery of cylinder not made in time. The Agency keep on booking gas cylinder on my name and keep on selling in Black Market. Whenever my cylinder is delivered the receipt is not given.

It is, therefore, requested that my complaint may please be looked into urgently and address my problem.
