For refilling of gas cylinder the company has given the phone No.020-65303724 Which is always Busy. Other phone nubers are 020-27286802 and 020-27281053 are also remain busy for long time or there is no response. However by chance if I get the line I am asked to dial No.020-65303724 Which is always Busy. My wife wastes almost half a day for getting connected to the agency every time.

TODAY (20-10-09) I WAS TRYING ALL THE ABOVE NUMBERS SINCE 10:30 AM TO 5PM BUT COULD NOT SUCCEED TO CONTACT KANKARIA GAS AGENCY PUNE-411027 TO BOOK THE DELIVERY OF REFILLED CYLINDER TO MY RESIDENCE.

I WAS ALSO TRYING TO CONTACT ON 24 Hrs HELPLINE NO.12665 OR 1717 AS GIVEN BY THE AGENCY.

MAY I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME A SOLUTION URGENTLY SINCE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE FAMILY TO GO AND PERSONALLY CONTACT THE AGENCY FOR REFILLING THE CYLINDER AT MY RESIDENCE.
