Poor delivery of cylinde

Sir,

My consumer no.20882, i am residing at Manali new town, chennai-103

Gas cylinder supply from M/s/Kannika gas agency, madhavaram, chennai

this agency too far from my resident (around 15 km)

The dealer taken time for gas booking for 20 days and delivery for 20 days, So many times i made arguments with them, but they are not improve them self, improper reply

Last time i request them to change my consumer from Bharath to Indane, they are not agree to do this even this procedure available in the system.

I hope you to give better solution for me
