HI,

I am a dish TV customee and my VC number is 01504841739.

I have signed annual maintainance contarct of Dish TV and AMC number is 69274349191 6903 5000 00934193, DCC code is 12352 and STB number is 20074501134F75009158.

I have registered my compain with Meltek Infsystems Pvt ltd, Kharadi, Pune yesterday i.e 28th July in the morning at 10am on number 020 - 40720126 and was promised that a technician will visit and resolve the problem, but no one visited.

I have been calling on the given number since afternoon but their os no one to answer my call, i also tries several times on 9767711177 as mentioned on reciept but this number is contnuously ringing and no one is answering the calls.

I have paid Rs.400 for this maintainance and i want this issue to resolved by tomorrow else i will be biund to go to cunsumer court.
