Demanding force to pay the paid instalment amount

I am the member of kapil chits&finance pvt ltd.i have joined an amount of 3 lakh rupees chit.i have paid all

the installments promptly.i have all the evidences of all the installments.but they have showed one installment is due.i have gone several times to kapil chit office requesting to see the installment is due for

their records.but they have agreed you are paid, but here it is not posted accordingly by the evidence of

bank statement.the collection agent agreed, i have paid the due said installment.why they are showing due.

in view of all these things they didn't taken much interest in my case .kindly consider my problem and solve

it as early as possible.
