I have received my HP gas cylinder on 15th April. Considering more delivery time I have again booked my cylinder on 3oth April. When the deliveryboy form Kapil gas agency came to my home for delivery with cylinder on 11th May, he has refused to deliver the cylinder since I have booked the cylinder in 21 days (Although the difference between two cylinders was 26 days).

When we gone to the Kapil gas agency office, the manager has behaved very arrogantly with us & confiscated our passbook sating that it is not genuine & asked for original documents.

We again went to the manager with the available documents with us. He has refused to accept those documents since those were transfer documents issued by Bhagwati gas distributors to Kapil gas agency for connection transfer & not the documents issued by Kapil gas agency. We have transferred our HP gas connection from Bhagwati gas distributors, Nashik to Kapil gas agency two years back.

Kapil gas agency has not issued orininal documents to us till today with continuous follow-ups & same was evident from the passbook issued to us in which customer number was mentioned as B-1010 which was unusual as compared to the other customers. Kapil gas agency has prepared duplicate documents saying that the documents were issued to us but the customer signature is not matching with any of the family members.

Kapil gas agency is asking for a affidafit from us to get the passbook which we have submitted last week but till today we have not received the passbook & gas cylinder.

The manger of Kapil gas agency was beaten by the customers last years due to such issues. I strongly recommend that the license of Kapil gas agency should be cancelled.
