Misusing of documents and grabbing money

Dear Sir/Madam

This is Abhishek Loyall basicly from moradabad and presently working in Times database Pvt. Ltd. gurgaon (hr). My complaint is that on 2nd of june i was there in my home town moradabad. My family wants new airtel postpaid connection thats why i went to my near by airtel franchise i.e. kapoor communication kapoor company chowk moradabad. There i found ms. smriti she told me that she send any of her executive to my home cause i didn't bring my documents along with me. After one hour her executive Vansh visited my home his number is 09760360530 and collect my document and Rs. 700/- for security and activation. Next day i'd came back to Gurgaon but after one week i found that my connection not yet activated. i called vansh but he told me that there's some problems with my documents thats why connection not activate. But after a long time when my family brought new connection we asked him to return our money but he said that he used my money i am in Gugaon and i am helpless to go Moradabad. even though there is no one free in my family to go Kapoor communication. Even i spend my lot of money to making call to vansh. Cause i am also afraid that he'll misuse my documents too. Please sir please take step on it cause in future i am not responsible if any one use my documents as for any criminal activity. Awaiting for your reply.
