Non receipt of courier after 7 days

My company head office at jalandhar has send me courier on 8th sep 2009 bearing awb no 520026564 and I have not received it till 14th sep night I have tried by phoning your pune office at least 10 times on 14 th sep and talked mr kishor and ms shilpa nothing could result in other than giving me there limitations how it can be delivered today this is going to put me in loss of few thousends as it is not received on 3rd day and our credibility is at stake our head office is having contract with overnite couriers anw it needs to be revisit the contract as the incidents are increasing day by day and I gat every day two couriers
