Hi,

I had sumbitted my serious comlaints about the running of the center, the brutal attitude of some staff and head to new joining teachers and children, the unethcial practises they deployed, not suiting an educational institution, to Kara Overall Head. But not even a response, an acknowledgement, nosigns of a responsibility to a parent. My daughter had even a red blood poke in the eye caused my some rude staff/caretaker/accident whatever -not a word! Mony minded business oriented local center head is ruining the reputation of anotherwise excellent place. Iintend totake up seriously the harassment caused to my beloved especially after the cold silence. Ragging is criminal offence especially by socalled educational staff.
