Sub: Improper working of Karbonn mobile phone: K444

I have purchased a Karbonn mobile PhoneK444 last week on payment of Rs.3300/- from a mobile phone dealer at Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram District.

Deceived by your advertisement and other product promotion work I became unfortunate by buying your product. Sound clarity for audio is not there. Poor reception of FM radio. Now for the last three days when I talk over this phone, my voice cannot be identified by the called or calling person at the other end.

Party on the other side (calling person or called person) feels like ridiculing him as my voice is like hard one and his speech will be echoed in his phone itself.

Also the photos taken by this mobile never look like the actual figure.

After spending a huge sum for phone, these problems made me very much disappointed.

Being an executive officer of Govt. of Kerala, entrusted with the implementation and enforcement of various consumer protection laws within my jurisdiction which includes Neyyattinkara, the bad experience of consumer cheating to me itself created a disgrace to me and damage to me.

Hence you are requested either to replace with a durable and proper working mobile or to refund the amount paid by me within three days.(kindly note that I cannot afford of keeping a moment without mobile phone)

Failing to do so, steps will be taken to deal in accordance with law against you.

Looking forward to have an immediate favourable action from you.
