I am absolutely not satisfied with Karbonn K 560 cell phone

I have purchased a Karbonn K-560 model cell phone on 18.9.2009 from Balaji Communication, Balabhavan Shopping Complex, M.G.Road, Tumkur. Later on I came to know that I have cheated with K-560 cell phone. The problems noticed are as below.

1) Phone book capacity is only 500 instead of 1000 as per user manual.

2) Very poor battery back up.

3) Call drop.

4) slow touch screen.
