Karbonn Mobile k217. Not satisfied with the service

I have purchased karbonn K217 mobile from mobile care shop mangalore. I dint used that cel much. But after two months i found two problems in that like-SIM 2 IS NOT WORKING and LEFT SIDE SPEAKER NOT WORKING. So cell have 1 year warranty so i gave it to mangalore service center-Accel Frontline Services Ltd on 18-08-09. they sent it to chennai and after about one month cell came back from chennai. i checked it on the spot in accel frontline services ltd and same problems found again. chennai people sent that mobile witout serviesing... so that day only i again asked them to sent it to chennai. again 20 days got over... i mean totally more thatn 55 days got over.but i dint get my mobile back to me. so plz check it out. my mobile ditails r below
