Im not satisfied with Karbonn K770

I have bought a Karbonn K770 just one month back. In their site its shown that the handset gives a standby time of 200 hours, a talktime of 3-3.5 hrs n a charging time of 3 hrs. Im not even getting a standby time of more than 24 hrs, talk time of more than 2 hrs 15mins and its taking a charging time of more than 6-7 hours. I had send a mail to the company, they havent yet replied to that and the company is claiming that they have a customer support base all over India. Whn i took the mobile to one of the servicing centres here at Trivandrum they refused to accept my complaint and they told that they have stopped their support for Karbonn mobiles as the company s feed back is so poor to them too. Now Im facing a problem with the charging point (charging is not possible in normal conditions, Im doing that by some adjustments), the headset got damaged, sometimes the music player is having some problem like "FUNCTION IS NOT ALLOWED". While connecting to a blue tooth headset the handset is getting restarted automatically. PC suite is not supported as the version they are providing is not supported with Windows Vista n my friend told that the pc suite is of no use as its supporting the SIM 1 only. We cant access the messages and all in SIM 2. So either I need to get my handset exchanged or repaired as early as possile.
