I am not satisfied with karbonn K447 service

I am Vasudevan writing from Coimbatore, I am facing the battery charge sustaining problem with K447 model karbonn mobile purchased recently (12th October. Battery does not hold charge for more than 30 minutes even if it is charged for the whole day/night. It is constantly on the charger as the charge drains after a 4 or 5 min call is attended. I took this to the service center in Coimbatore, Address: Accel Frontline Ltd 1st Floor, Thirumalai Towers, 723, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore-641018.

The person in-charge made some investigations on the battery and asked a few questions and contacted some head office in Chennai. He said that the Chennai office has agreed to send the replacement battery as this is a fault battery. It has been 20 days since my complaint, but no action has been taken. I am not able to use my mobile as I am stranded within 30 minutes of leaving home.
