I am not satisfied with your product

Ipurchased the mobile at chennai karbonn (kc 441).during the month of august now it is not working properly from last 2 months.while concacting the local service centre, they are not ABLE TO PROVIDE STANDBY INSTRUMENT

till service get it done, at the same time the need 15 days time for rectification.

so i here by request to solve this issue immedately by replacing new mobile or standby mobile.anticipating quick replace in this regard urgently
