Dear Sir
I, V.Satish Kumar was given my mobile in your ELURU (A.P) Service Centre for DC Jack Problem on 8th December but still now i have not received my mobile after resolved the issue and your Service Centre agent saying that they don t have the spare parts for my mobile model and you are not sending to them those parts as per there request.
I am not sure about what is going on exactly and my hand set is under warranty, so if you don t have spare parts replace my mobile with a new peace.
