Problem in karbonn mobile

i bought a karbonn k447 Mobil in date 22/0902010

in our city you provide two service centers but now one krishana cell service told they cancelled and vison service told they also cancelled but after 31/02. i gave my handset for service with complaint of battery is not working properly its coming only for half hour to 1 hour only. they take my set and come after another day when i go there they told its battery problem we will informed to company on Saturday (6/02) you come we will change. but when i call they told still not arrived.

today 9/02 i called to them they told not came come this Saturday 13/02.whats problem when i went to krishana cell service they also told me spars didn’t come from company properly so we cancelled here in vison they saying same spars not coming so we also cancelled. sir please see this problem immediately because after i bought karbonn i recommended for all and many people are buying karbonn if service is like this surly you will lose your market so please give a solution for this problem immediately
