Worst products service

First of all worst service & worst products, i will insist all friends, neighbours & all of them i know not to buy your worst products, i bought a KC320 handset on 01/03 and today is 01/04 all ready it has been switched off past 2 days, it took me 3 hours to locate a service centre by calling just dial/ searching in the net. i personally visited Multi Tech Service, your authorized service centre in mathikere that is like a road side pan shop. that fellow was under influence of alchol befor analysing the problem he told me to go to the head office in Indra Nagar. a mobile giving trouble in 30 days i have seen this for the first time. if my problem is not solved at the earliest, i will initiate neccesary action legally.
