Karbonn cheating Customers

Hello Sir,

Before 10 months, I brought a Karbonn k330 mobile @ Poorvika mobiles. I am not able to charge my mobile. when ever i am charging i am getting Warning Mgs. I check with the service centre. But I am not getting proper response from them. They said not able to service the mobile. Still i am having 1 one month warranty also.

Request you to kindly revert with positive reply. I am waiting for the Response.
