I am suffering lot with mobile battery

I am buying a karbonn mobile (Model-K451M) on 24/02 with price Rs.3200/-.I have attract for long battery life because i am talking longtime regarding my profession. Company tell that battery standby time is 300hrs & talktime is 4-6hrs. But my battery backup are 65hrs & 2hrs respecttively. I have lodge a complaints to your local service centre but they have told the battery is o.k. They have try to prove me that i am telling lie. If company does not take any action then i will planning to go consumer court. Service centre dealing are very poor. So change them also.
