Karabonn Mobiles. The worst aftersales service which i have ever encountered

Karbonn Mobiles, this is the worst service ever. They have made us look like fools.

This is the copy of text of the mail, which i tried to mail to Karbonn support e-mail. I got a permanent failure notice.

On 29/01, I brought a Karbon Mobile KC470 from a retailer over here in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, at which time along with the mobile i was handed out a Warranty Card and Service Center list of authorized service centers with their phone numbers alongside. On 04/06, my Karbon Mobile KC470 got some trouble with answering the calls. The key pad stopped working. All i wanted was an authorized service center and i followed your list. I wasted one entire day in search of one authorized service center. I tried calling to the number which your list provided; i.e., two service centers in Trivandrum. On number does not exist and the another one wont answer. I approached one your service centers; Accel Frontline personally, they turned me down stating that they have stopped Servicing You and Your customers. At last, I found one chicken coop with Karbon Mobile Service Center Label on it. Now, my mobile is in their possession and they claim that they don t have stock of spare parts. Now, what they say is I should wait for a minimum of 2 weeks to get my mobile back. What am I suppose to do? Anyway, thank you for wasting my one whole day and one of my interview, and also, thank you for the tension just because of one reason; "I opted your mobile." Why do you launch products for which you cant provide proper service. " <<<<
