Dear Sir,

This is informing you that i have purchased KC 750 model mobile phone from M/s. Karbonn Mobiles Company, in Retail Shope M/s Adarsh Mobiles, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh vide bill no 10393 Dated 11.03.2010. Mobile IMEI No 900031300056484. Mobile has got complaint i.e Keypad is not working properly, Camera is autometacilly on and taking photos without any pressing options, i went Karboon service Center at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad but compliant is not rectified.. in front of company service incharge same problem is showing, they said that we are unable to service your mobile, you can use mobile like that only, they are not given any advise/suggestion in this regard. at the time of purchasing mobile cost is Rs. 5, 500/- but there is no use purchase mobile..

Please suggest in this regards.
