KARBON k446 delayed responce hanging

I purchaced k446 mobile one month back. next day onwards after loading the contact details and telephone numbers it starts hanging always. every clicks it takes 30-45 seconds to show the next screen

not able to activate my bluethooth. I had compliend to the agency, but he adviced me to send the phone to service center and it takes 3 working days
