Regarding the complaint of my karbonn mobile phone KC 441

Sir, I m Vinay Galhotra from bathinda-punjab..I have given my mobile kc 441 in your own Allied communication on 15 july in bathinda for the dual sim problem..The system only supports GSM and not CDMA.The service workers said to me they ll return in 1 or 2 days but its like more than 1 month they have not returned the phone..i told them if u dont return the cell phone back i will lodge a complaint with the main head office but they dint even bother to listen.. If they dont return the cell phone back I will lodge the complaint in consumer court... kindly take action against the complaint!!! thank you
