The Worst Mobile Ever Seen. I need the replacment. It is still in warranty

I purchased the Karbonn K560 Mobile. It is still 2 months ago. It has still 10 months warranty. The keypad has came off and they are telling it as physical damage.

In Bangalore there are only 4 service center.

Karbonn Mobile Sucks!!!
