I am not satisfied with u r service

Dear SIR/Madam,

i have purchased k460 mobile from vayuputra communication in bellary dated 31.12.2009

with in a few days i got problem with handset and i gave mobile to u r services center in Madhava Mobiles in Bellay it was working for a few days after the same problem occurs in the handset (i.e sim 1 & 2 button r not working) again i give the mobile to service center job sheet no-101 dated 6.7.2010 and for this service u r people has taken a month to rectify the problem.

After 1 month the same problem has occured in the moble another job sheet no 200 (7.8.2010) till the date i didnt recevied the mobile so i kindly request the concerend person to answer.

NOTE: in case if no responce from u r end within 10days i ll go through legal proceedings
