K 331 repeated problem of charger point on phone

In the last 1 year this is the 3rd time that the problem has occurred - Charger connected but as the contacts are not ok, says charger removed. All repairs were done at Fine one service centre in Jynagar 4th blk and I have had to be without the phone for 2-3 days.

Why is this? The warranty expires in a few weeks and after that if there is a problem will have to spend 350inr if it occurs. Can u replace my phone with a new one without any issues.
